The 2025 harvest has now been completed & our Bio-dynamic EVOO is now settling in large stainless steel tanks under a blanket cover of Nitrogen to prevent Oxygen contact with the fresh EVOO.   Packaging into casks & bottles will start mid July & stock will be available by early August.  You can pre-order now to ensure your supply.  While the harvest was modest, the yield was excellent & our EVOO again has exceptional intensity, aroma & flavour.
