2024 Tasting Notes - Pendolino

Our 2024 Pendolino Bio-Dynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil exhibits a light herbaceous aroma of green salad leaves with light herbal notes. The flavour is fruity with guava & feijoa highlights. It has a very light bitterness & finishes with a mild pungency.
This is a great dipping oil with crusty bread!
