2026 Tasting Notes

Our 2026 Picual Bio-Dynamic Extra Virgin Olive Oil has a fresh grassy aroma with hints of green tomato & green tea. These are expressed in the flavour together with a slight taste of banana & mint. A medium bitterness finishes with a light but throat catching pungency.
An excellent dressing oil – for green, tomato or potato salads or on roasted vegetables, especially potato - gently crack or cut open a barbequed potato & pour in the oil!
